Welcome to the ticketing system of the single contact person in North Rhine-Westphalia.

In our ticket system you can handle your request electronically. The procedure via the ticket system is free of charge for you. If you deal with your request via the single point of contact NRW, then only the fees of the specialist competent authorities are incurred.

Once you have registered, you will be able to create requests and inquiries from your own home and inform yourself about their status at any time. If you are already registered, you can of course also use the ticket system for new requests.
